Mr. Olliegraphic and I are expecting our first child at the end of November. A few days ago, we learned the gender: It’s a Girl!
We’re thrilled and I can’t wait to start decorating the nursery once we settle into our new home. (Side note: Olliegraphic is relocating to Denver, Colorado on August 1.)
Pregnancy hasn’t changed the direction or focus of my business so far, but I’m curious to see how having a little one at home will change my product line. I’m trying to take advantage of these last few months of quiet to get organized. Unfortunately, I have a sneaking suspicion that no amount of organization or planning can truly prepare me for the challenge of working with a newborn.
I am open to any and all advice, OMHG readers. Let me have it!
To celebrate our future girl, I’m giving away girl (and boy) “welcome baby” printable cards. Just print and cut. Enjoy!
And right here for the printing instructions.
Sweet! congratulations
Huge congrats!! Awesome news! My main advice is to go really easy on yourself- everything, everything takes longer when you have a little one, and in the beginning actually managing to shower is cause for celebration! Seriously, keep your to do list as short as possible, and know that before too long you’ll get two lovely long naps a day to work in. Things will change, you will change, but it’s unbelievably fantastic. You’ll rock motherhood and business, sure of it ; )
Congratulations on the wonderful news. Life will definitely be a lot busier for you, but having a child will open the doors for a lot of new inspiration. 🙂
Thanks all! Ooh, lovely long naps. Are those for the baby or for me? Just kidding. I’m prepared for lack of sleep. Kinda.
Love these! I have a baby in need of a present and a card. Perfect timing for me! thanks!
Congratulations to you!
These graphics are adorable but most of my friends aren’t white, so I won’t be able to use them. I’m sure plenty of people will, though!
Good point! I will be sure to look for more multicultural printable kids designs for the future to balance it out: )
