Woodland themed items are hugely popular on Etsy and the holidays are no exception. I had a hard time choosing just ten examples from the thousands of gorgeous things available-I could get lost for days searching “woodland”on Etsy. This winter woodland themed Etsy Trends post was inspired by tomorrow’s article by guest contributor Catherine Young of Bumpkin Bears & Friends-don’t miss it!
1. My daughter and I made a pile of felted acorns this year but if you would rather buy yours these peacock colored acorns by Fairyfolk are lovely.
2. This Deer Christmas Tale ring from Auka is wildly impractical-which is why I love it!
3. Create your own woodland themed centerpiece or room decor with a vintage rustic deer antler from harlow monroe vintage
4. I couldn’t resist sharing more then one item from the Graphic Spaces Wood collection-pictured here is the woodland happy tree shelf and fox, mushroom and tree branch bookends.
Animals are a big part of the woodland theme on Etsy- there are foxes, owls, wolves, squirrels, deer, stags, hedgehogs and more. Here are some great examples of how diverse businesses are getting creative with creatures great and small:
5. Decoylab is one of those stores that make me want one of everything-like this It’s My Forest clock!
6.Decorate your tree in woodland style with five maple or walnut ornaments from littlesaplingtoys
7. These ceramic one of a kind Oh, Deer art sculptures by ArtMind are fun, unique gifts for quirky, hard to shop for friends and family.
These isn’t much that says winter and woodland more then pinecones-these are trendy on Etsy and are also great for decorating with this year.
8. If hunting for pine cones then patiently drying them before painting is too much work then pick up a set of 10 white pine cones from Rusticblend.
9. Turn your pine cones into a garland or purchase one like this mantle decoration from NaturallyNatalie.
10. A wreath is the perfect way to show off some woodland style, I love the vintage paper leaves on this Christmas wreath by LaFamilleAtHome! Or you can re-visit the wreath tutorials from last month and make your own!
Be sure to come back tomorrow for a lovely post filled with original illustrations and more winter woodland magic!
