oh my! handmade holidays giveaway sneak peek

Tuesday, November 30, 2010 by Jessika Hepburn

handmade holidays giveaway, oh my handmade by Jessika Hepburn of O Happy Day Handmade

Our call for submissions to participate in the Oh My! Handmade Holidays Giveaway was a huge success-more than 30 handmade businesses are participating and the giveaway is valued at over $500! Every day I have gleefully checked the mail box to find boxes and envelopes among the usual collection of bills. It took major will power to keep myself from opening everything as it arrived but I managed to hold out so that I could show you the pile of entries:

Are you excited yet? It only gets better! Opening all these packages in a quiet house with the sun pouring through the window was almost better then Christmas morning. All the submissions are beautifully made and show why choosing handmade for the holidays is really the only way to go. Everything is not only made and packaged with love but is the work of a skilled artisan. Get ready for our huge giveaway on December 5th by saying hello to our participants and hopefully doing a little holiday shopping too!
