Join the OMHG Skill Swap at www.ohmyhandmade.com/skillswap by February 20, 2014

Join us this February to teach and learn new skills with OMHG!

Our community is a marvel of collective knowledge and creative talents – we have entrepreneurs of many kinds, ceramists, master crafters, designers, illustrators, lettering superstars, writers, published authors, editors, bloggers & makers of all manner of goodness. This got me to wondering-if we put our heads together is there anything we don’t know? Let’s find out! We are spending this sometimes blah month filling up the internets with our special skills and making February fun again.

Use the form below or on the Skill Swap page to teach us one of your skills by submitting a 6-900+ word post along with 1-9 original pictures, graphics or illustrations that help us learn your skill. Whether your specialty is businessy, creative, or a mix of both teach us a little bit of what you know best from designing new brands to saving old clothes. Share your knowledge and experience with our community before February 20th & join us all month long to learn new skills!

Create, (if you make soap/paper/clothes/art, throw clay, work with wood, design brands, apps or websites, draw letters, write patterns, craft anything, or have any other creative skill-take one piece of how you make and teach us too!) work,(what skills do you use to help with time management, organization, setting up a workspace, building a craft fair booth, balancing priorities-we want to know how you run your business!) and live (share with us your insightful parenting, self-care, & life skills). Practical DIYs, how-to’s & tutorials on businessy or handmade goodness are welcome as are printables that help us learn a new skills (blog calendars, planning sheets, workbooks etc…).
